Regardless of the date purchased, the second card will expire on the same date as the first card.

The Annual Parking Pass Card enables free exit via the Rushmere Main Entrance and the Stockgrove Park Entrances. A Pass Card does not guarantee a space in the car park or priority over other visitors.

The Annual Parking Pass Card is for use only for the applicant and direct family. Cards found to being fraudulently used will be confiscated with no further Permit cards issued.

A second Annual Pass Card can be issued for a second car registered at the same address for an additional standard fee of £10 to £15. Both cards will be issued with the same expiry date.

You need to notify the Rushmere Office of any change of contact address or vehicle registration to ensure we can remind you of need for renewal.

Any loss or defacing of the Annual Parking Pass Card should be reported immediately. You will be required to complete another application form so a replacement can be issued. There is a standard fee of £15 for this service.

The closing time for the Car Parks is displayed at each site and the Annual Parking Pass Card will only operate within the hours displayed. You will not be able to activate the barriers outside these hours and a callout charge will be levied should exit or entry be required outside these hours.

The Annual Parking Pass Card entitles you to park only in the designated parking areas including temporary and over‐spill parking areas when identified. Parking is not permitted elsewhere within the park. We also reserve the right to close parking areas when necessary for maintenance or safety reasons.

Additional charges may occasionally apply should a Special Event be held at a Country Park, these charges will be publicised.

The Greensand Trust accepts no responsibility for your car whilst within the site or parked in the Car Park. Vehicles are left at the driver’s risk. No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents or injury to any person involved in any incident with the vehicle.

Regrettably, it is not possible to give any refund on the Annual Parking Pass Card once purchased. The Greensand Trust reserves the right to withdraw the Annual Parking Pass Card.
